Emily is a landscape architect with over 5 years of professional experience in public landscapes, specifically relating to playgrounds, community gardens, education, and healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Master of Landscape Architecture and received the Georgia ASLA Student Honor Award. With a passion for nature, she likes to design play spaces that encourage outdoor learning in urban environments.
Emily was a consultant for the Granby Elementary School garden in Columbus, Ohio, and assisted with drawings to help win grants and secure funding to construct the garden. The garden was a “Growing to Green” award nominee in 2019 from the Franklin Park Conservatory.
When Emily isn’t in the office, she can be found rock climbing, gardening, baking, or planning her next international trip.
