Essex Technical High School

Located in Danvers, Massachusetts, Essex Technical High School provides a hands-on learning experience for students from across the North Shore. Warner Larson worked closely with Design Partnership of Cambridge in order to create a design that would not only facilitate the programmatic needs of this unique learning environment, but also function in harmony with its rural context. The 60+ acre project represents a monumental site planning effort, in which Warner Larson directed and coordinated efforts between numerous public and private agencies.

The project was recently named the Building-New Construction Project of the Year for 2015 by the New England Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America.
